No. In fact all shared hosting providers in the world will not allow storage in order to ensure the best performance for their systems. They will have Fair-Use policy and Terms of Service to restrict storing of files not directly connected to web hosting. We try to be flexible but the same policy needs to be implemented to optimize our server load.
File storage is not allowed in our web hosting packages. All files stored on our servers must be web accessible, related to your site, and backups, bulk media, and other stored content should be downloaded to and kept on your local computer or storage device.
If you need to store your files online there are specialized cloud-based storage services for such purpose.
