What happen if I don’t pay on time?

Our billing system will send multiple reminders to you before suspending the account. We allow 1 month grace period for payment after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the grace period we reserve the rights to temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full. A re-connection fee of B$10.00 will apply if customer reactivates an account suspended for more than 3 months. Services will be terminated if it is not paid in 6 months.
