We rarely suspend accounts, but if your account has been suspended by our system, it's likely due to the following reasons:
- Billing Issue - If your hosting account is well past its due date and we have not been receiving payment from you, then the account
may be suspended pending payment.
- CPU Usage - If your hosting account is using such a
high level of CPU usage that it affects other accounts on the server,
then the account will be temporarily suspended while we work with you
for a solution to help bring the usage back down to a normal level. In
some cases, we may require that you move to a higher level hosting
package.
- Terms of Service Violation - If your website has been found to host phishing, trojans, virus or spambot scripts
you will be suspended until the content in question is removed.
