I cannot create any subdomains

There is no restriction on creating subdomains in your account (Value plan subscribers can create up to 50 subdomains). If you are unable to create subdomains, it is likely that your domain name isn’t pointing correctly to our nameservers.

Another reason might be that the DNS propagation of the nameservers is yet to be completed. In that case, you must wait for 24 to 72 hours until the propagation gets completed and then try recreating the subdomains.

You can check whether the domain has successfully been propagated by using tracert. If the IP displayed is the same as the one in your server, then the domain has been successfully propagated and you can proceed with adding subdomains to your account. But if the IP does not match, then you must wait until the propagation process is over.
