At some point you may want to clear up your mailbox to save email quota. It can be done through Webmail.
To do so login your webmail at http://yourdomain.com/webmail with your email username and password, then delete the messages that you don't need and empty your Junk/Trash folders.
Alternatively, you can click on the pie chart icon on your webmail header bar:
