Our cPanel is equipped with R1Soft, which automatically keep backup copies of your website for the past 7 days. If anything happen to your website within the timeframe, you can easily restore it to its original state.
If you prefer to manually backup your website, you can do so in the cPanel. Under the heading Files, click either Backup or Backup Wizard (guided step-by-step backup for beginners) to proceed with your backup.

You will find 2 options in the Backup page,
Full Backup and
Partial Backups. Full Backup comprised of all the partial backups (website files, MySQL and emails), but because each of them are coded in different formats they cannot be restored altogether in one file. Only files downloaded from partial backups can be restored in the cPanel. To restore your backup, simply upload the file on their respective restore section to the right.

Alternatively, you can check out the
video tutorials here on how to manually perform backup in cPanel.
