Transferring a website however, is an intricate process, so we therefore advise that you contact us first to discuss your individual circumstances before cancelling your existing service. Please note that we utilize Linux servers so websites running on ASP, ASP.NET and MSSQL might not work properly with us.
We also cannot make the transfer if your hosting providers do not allow access
to your website files (typically by FTP) and/or databases and/or the
data in those databases. Unfortunately, without access, we cannot copy
and transfer your site.
