Don't worry, it is very easy to reset your password.
If you forgot your cPanel password, go to your cPanel login page (i.e. yourdomain.com/cpanel), click on Reset Password. The system will send a security code to the email address you signed up with us (or the email address you specified in your cPanel). Follow the instructions to reset your password.
It is possible to change your cPanel password if you have access to the Client Center. But if somehow the Client Center email address is no longer being used, you will need to contact our support team to reset it manually. Please note that all passwords in our system are encrypted for security reasons. Not even our staff could know your password. We cannot retrieve it for you, only reset.
