How can I easily build an under-construction page?

If you have yet to build your website and want a temporary placeholder page, it is possible to do it through the Site Publisher on cPanel.

To do so login your cPanel, under the Domains heading, click on Site Publisher.

Select a domain (by default this is your main domain), then select a template. If you are trying to build an under-construction page click on the Under Construction template.

Enter the required information then publish your website. Your under construction page is now live.
