If you host your website somewhere else and wish to transfer to us (thank you!), the process is very simple. Sign up our web hosting plan, give us the details of your website (FTP, cPanel and other relevant access), sit back and we will do all the migration works, free of charge. Depending on the size and complexity of your website, the whole task can usually be done within 24 hours, with zero downtime.

What’s more, as a token of gratitude, all transferring accounts paying on annual term will have 4 months subscription fee (approximately 34%) waived from their bill. Accounts with 6-month billing cycle will receive 2 months deduction, while accounts with quarterly payment (3 months) will enjoy 20% discount.

Note that this is a one-time non-recurring offer and is applicable only once per domain name. Please also be informed that if your website files are not transfer-ready (i.e. ‘closed-sourced’) and require more complicated steps and procedures to proceed with, our transfer discount may not apply.

To ensure fairness for new account signups (who will not be eligible for the transfer discount), our condition is that you already have a website that is at least 2 months old.
