Almost all changes on your website will appear immediately. Should this not be the case you can press F5 for refresh or Ctrl + F5 to do a forced refresh. If it still doesn't change you may want to clear your browser cache. This website has good instructions on how to do it for Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE, Opera, Android, iOS and Windows Phone.
Otherwise you will need to clear your local DNS cache. Here is the guide to clear DNS cache on major Operating System such as Windows, Mac and Linux.
For Microsoft Windows PC it can be done by going to the Start Menu > Run > then type cmd. In the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns
This will clear DNS cache locally on your computer. But if your ISP has a
cache problem it will not correct it, you will have to wait for your ISP to resolve their DNS cache, probably 24-48 hours.
