Yes we do. SSH Access is by default enabled on your cPanel. Please however note that the Linux shell your account will have is limited and is not a real Linux shell. It does not give access to compilers, but gives you access to the majority of the tools you need to manage your website via command line.
You can manage your SSH Keys on your cPanel > Security > SSH Access section.
