Once the order is completed, depending on your payment method it may take up to 24 hours (or more for cheque) for a hosting account to be activated. To speed up the process, you can text us on instant messenger right after a payment has been made. Upon activation our system will send you a Welcome Mail with all the login details and account basics. Make sure you also check the Spam/Junk folders for it. You can however, login your Client Center instantly.
While waiting for your welcome mail please proceed to Step 1 on the next page. Skip to Step 2 if you register your domain name with us.
Most of the time, yes. Transferring a website however, is an intricate process, so we therefore advise that you contact us first to discuss your individual circumstances before cancelling your existing service. Please note that we utilize Linux servers so websites running on ASP, ASP.NET and MSSQL might not work properly with us.
We also cannot make the transfer if your hosting providers do not allow access
to your website files (typically by FTP) and/or databases and/or the
data in those databases. Unfortunately, without access, we cannot copy
and transfer your site.
The domain availability search at our homepage is a universal domain search engine. It will search from over 1,000 domain extensions but only these are currently being offered by us for registration.
This doesn't mean you will be limited to our range of domain extensions however, you can use any domain with our web hosting packages. It is possible to proceed with the order even if the domain extension is not listed on our pricing page.
When placing your order, if you don't see your domain extension on the list simply scroll down to the heading Manage a Domain Yourself. Enter the full domain name there. Once you sign up you will need to point your domain to our nameservers.
We are constantly reviewing the domain pricing structure and integrating new registrar plugins. Our choices of domain extensions will only keep on expanding.
After signing up with us, you will receive an invoice notification email. If you have selected a manual payment method, please proceed to make the payment with the details here.
Once the payment is processed and the account activated, you will receive your welcome email, which includes your Login Information and other details necessary to help you get started. When you receive this
email, your hosting account is ready for use. Your account status in the Client Center should change from Pending to
Active by now.
If you registered a new domain name when you signed up with us, you will also receive a Registration Confirmation email advising you that your domain name will soon be active.
A period of up to 72 hours (usually much less) may be necessary for your new domain name information to be propagated to the internet servers around the world. In the meantime, you can access your hosting account using the instructions included in your welcome email and start setting things up.
If you are changing the nameserver (DNS) entries on an existing domain name, it will also take 24 to 72 hours for the new entries to go into effect. To know more about DNS Propagation, click here.
