Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is between as the sponsoring registrar, or acting as reseller for the sponsoring registrar identified in the WHOIS record, and you, the person or entity registering a domain or domains through This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and explains your obligations to us for various Services.

Domain Registrations utilizes an industry standard third party Registrar for domain name registration services. Once an order is placed for a new web hosting service or domain name through our website, we register the domain for the customer through the Registrar. When a domain has been registered, it is not reversible nor can it be changed. If you cancel your web hosting service, you will retain ownership of your domain name for as long as you continue to renew the domain. You may renew the domain through or through the Registrar. All domain names are registered for a minimum period of one (1) year.

Domain Management

Upon becoming a domain customer of, you will receive reminders immediately prior to the expiration of your registration inviting you to renew your domain name and specifying the amount of time you have to renew your domain name.

You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, control and use of any domain name registered in your name and for any fees associated with its maintenance. For greater clarity, you are responsible for: (i) renewing the registration and ensuring that it does not lapse; and (ii) addressing any issues relating to your domain name. will assume such responsibilities for Web hosting customers.

Domain Renewal / Expiration

In the event that you fail to renew your domain name or web hosting subscription in a timely fashion within that amount of time, your registration will expire and we may, at our sole discretion, elect to assume the registration and hold it for our own account, delete it, or sell it to a third party. You acknowledge and agree that your right and interest in a domain name ceases upon its expiration and that any expired domain name may be available for registration by a third party.

Domain Dispute Policy

If you reserved or registered a domain name through us, or transferred a domain name to us from another registrar, you agree that, if the registration or reservation of your domain name is challenged by a third party, you will indemnify and hold us harmless pursuant to the dispute. will have no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from any such dispute, including the decision and final outcome of such dispute.

Privacy Registration Service

Some registrars allow domain names to be registered without publishing the registrant’s name and contact information while others do not. If you wish to take advantage of any such privacy service for a domain name and you are using the Domain Name Registration Service to register the domain name, you will assume responsibilities in your decision to enable the registrar’s privacy service. You acknowledge that the privacy service is provided by the applicable registrar, not

Service Availability

Please note that is not able to guarantee (i) that a proposed domain name is available for registration or that a registrar will register it; (ii) will not assist with the registration on your behalf of a proposed domain name in any top-level or second-level domain unless expressly directed by you to do so; and (iii) may but is not obligated to inform you of any proposed or new top-level or second-level domains.

Assistance with registering domain names and securing related privacy services is provided “as is” and without any warranties, representations or conditions whatsoever. For expired domain, we make no guarantees about the number of days, after deletion of an Order, or after which the same Order will once again become available for purchase.

Domain Redemption Fee

If your domain name has expired, but you wish to recover the domain, may be able to recover the domain if it is still within the redemption period. To recover a domain name that has expired but which is still within the redemption period, must pay a redemption fee, which in turn will be passed on to you the customer. Please note that this domain redemption fee does not include the registration price of the domain that will still need to be paid to register the domain for the next year.

ICANN Policy

You agree that your registration of the domain name shall be subject to suspension, cancellation, or transfer pursuant to any ICANN-adopted policy, or pursuant to any registrar or registry procedure not inconsistent with an ICANN-adopted policy, (1) to correct mistakes by Registrar or the Registry in registering the name or (2) for the resolution of disputes concerning the domain name. Restrictions on Registrar Transfers

For generic top-level domains governed by ICANN and country-code top-level domains as established by each registry, you agree that you may not transfer your domain registration to another domain registrar during the first sixty (60) days from the effective date of your: (1) initial domain registration or (2) completion of a domain transfer into You agree your request to transfer your domain to another registrar may be denied pursuant to the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy.
